Terms and Conditions for Boxing Machine Revenue Sharing

Revenue Split: The revenue generated from the boxing machine shall be split evenly between the owner (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") on a 50/50 basis.

Damage Coverage: Any damage to the boxing machine shall be covered under the company's warranty. The Owner shall bear the responsibility for repair or replacement costs as per the warranty terms.

Card Reader Fees: The Owner shall bear any fees associated with the card reader usage.

Payment Schedule: Payments from the card reader company to the Owner shall be made on the 15th of the month following the payment month. The User shall be paid within two weeks after the Owner receives payment into their bank account.

Reconciliation and Tracking: Reconciliation of payments shall occur within the two-week period after the Owner receives payment. The User shall provide evidence of total sales by sending a picture of the coin counter, which also tracks card transactions, to the Owner. For every £1, 2 points shall be added to the counter.

Monthly Calculation: The total sales and revenue owed to each party shall be calculated on the last day of every month. The User shall send a picture of the counter on the last day of each month for verification purposes.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, both parties acknowledge and accept their respective responsibilities and obligations regarding the revenue sharing arrangement for the boxing machine.
